Dr Peter Robins

Dr. Peter Robins attained his medical degree at the University of Western Australia in Perth, WA in 1987. He completed his radiology training in Perth in 1996 and obtained his Nuclear Medicine qualifications in 1998 after training in Perth and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Robins undertook a consultant position at Hammersmith Hospital London in 1999 and then returned to Perth to commence work at SKG Radiology. He also maintains a public hospital appointment and was Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine and the state-wide WA PET Service at SCGH for eight years.

A dual-trained Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Consultant, Dr. Robins has special interests in Tumour Imaging (especially PET-CT), Musculoskeletal Imaging, Nuclear Cardiology and has an ongoing research interest in multi-modality image co-registration.
