SKG Radiology continues to treat the current COVID-19 risks very seriously. The welfare of patients and staff is our first priority and we have policies and procedures in place to ensure their safety. As the current alerts are changing daily, some of our services may be impacted. SKG Radiology will continue to follow the WA Health Department guidelines.
Symptoms of COVID-19 can include fever OR an acute respiratory infection, cough, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath, with or without a fever. If you have these symptoms, please delay your visit until you have recovered, as you may be refused service otherwise.
Please ask our staff for more information about Medicare eligible bulk billed services.
The significant breadth and depth of clinical experience offered by over 50 SKG Radiologists who are sub-specialised and often dual-trained, enables us to cover areas that include Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Paediatric, Interventional Radiology, Orthopaedic (including Sports Medicine), Vascular, Urological, Breast, Cardiac, Specialised Head & Neck Imaging and Nuclear Medicine.
Our aim is to support your service in whatever way it operates or delivers ongoing care for your patients. As such, we are well set-up and prepared for the new world of Telehealth to continue to deliver a comprehensive range of imaging services for your patients.
The Government has set strict, complex rules that apply to Medicare rebates for a number of procedures that we perform. SKG Radiology has established criteria sheets for easy reference to establish if a patient is eligible for a Medicare rebate.
